The room is very spacious and I love it, just wish the WIFI worked well, I have to do work on my laptop and talk to my coworkers online but I'm not able to hear them since the connection blocks out their voices and puts me offline? I wish there was a way to fix that so I can work? Other than that the room is good and I'm happy to have a kitchen, I just wish the connection was better.

Staff at this hotel was extremely kind. No complaints there. The only reason I had to leave the hotel earlier than my scheduled stay was due to one of the hardest mattresses I've ever slept on, if you want to call it sleep. I had to go back to the Springhill Suites across 45th St because I knew I could rely on those beds being a bit more accommodating. I would have asked for another room if a more comfortable bed was possible, but I just couldn't risk another night of little sleep being on business. I hate to say it, but I would not consider staying here in the future. Again, I do appreciate the great staff.

I really wish we didn’t even have to mark one star. I would like to mark no stars!! I have never had a worse experience and we have stayed at many hotels I would advise no one ever to stay in this particular location. I cannot speak for the other locations, but I can speak for their corporate, which is also horrible. They will never speak to you. They will not discuss the issue. They do not return calls . It was filthy and the smell of smoke and weed was overwhelming. One of our kids has asthma and so we could not stay but they refused to reimburse . I was told there were no blankets for the sofa bed . People and kids were yelling in the halls and banging on doors

Absolutely amazing… the place is spotless ! Very professional and courteous staff and the manager Sara are 5 star this location is giving the Extended stay experience we have all grown to expect and love continue to set the bar high 1000% recommend

No Service provided. They don’t clean rooms every other day, they don’t clean rooms once a week. They don’t clean rooms after you leave. Check in you’ll find the beds made and that’s the only time they take the trash out. The carpet so …
